Villa Dafni is a new luxury villa located in a splendid panoramic position, overlooking the Plaja Grande beach, which is only 800 meters away.
The view extends to the sea, across the hilly landscape of the Iblean region to the famous Montalbano lighthouse.
Restaurants, bars, and shops are a 5-minute drive away.
Guests have exclusive use of the apartment inside the villa with a large garden, access to the heated pool, and private parking on the property.
The apartment is arranged on a single level: it consists of a modern living area with a comfortable relaxation area, a spacious dining area with a fully equipped professional kitchen, and 3 independent bedrooms for a total of 6 beds.
The first bedroom is a large suite with a smart working area, an en-suite bathroom, and an open shower. The second has a private bathroom facing the room, and the third is the annex with independent access from the outside and an en-suite bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV/Netflix and have direct access to the beautiful outdoor garden with a large area equipped with a dining table, umbrellas, and a relaxation area for an aperitif or simply to enjoy the panorama comfortably lying by the pool.
The external part is completed by the heated infinity pool all year round with South American wood flooring, a solarium with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and 2 outdoor showers with hot water.
All with completely private and exclusive access.
The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden that develops on multiple levels: here you can admire olive trees, palms, and typical plants of the area.
The entire villa has perfectly equipped outdoor spaces, air conditioning in all rooms with independent thermostat, underfloor heating, TV in every room, and wifi even in the outdoor area.
Guests will find at their disposal linens, beach towels, and towels, as well as a courtesy line dedicated to their well-being.
